These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and teksi66 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the teksi66 website at https://teksi66.cam and all associated services, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and any other wagering or gaming services offered therein.

teksi66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of teksi66 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

4.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The minimum age to register and maintain an account on teksi66 is 21 years old. This applies to all players regardless of nationality or location. teksi66 employs mandatory KYC identity verification to enforce this requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.2 Geographic Eligibility

teksi66 accepts players from Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling exists in a legally complex environment and accept sole responsibility for their compliance with applicable local laws.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on teksi66. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per IP address where patterns indicate a single individual is operating multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts will be merged or terminated, and associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited without notice.

4.4 Employees and Associates

Employees of teksi66, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, game providers, and any individuals who have had access to non-public pricing or operational data are not permitted to hold player accounts on the Platform.

5.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services on teksi66, you must complete the registration process in full. During registration you will be required to provide: a unique username, a valid email address, a secure password, your date of birth, your country of residence, and your preferred currency. All fields must be completed accurately.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication tokens with any other person. teksi66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify teksi66 immediately by contacting our support team at the email address listed in Section 18. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

5.3 Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at all times. teksi66 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any point. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

teksi66 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed, and teksi66 may require verification at any point after registration.

6.1 Required Documents

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian MyKad, passport, or government-issued photo identification
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., e-wallet account screenshot, bank statement header)

6.2 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Complex cases or those requiring additional review may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. teksi66 is not liable for any delays or losses arising from a Player's failure to complete KYC promptly.

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods

teksi66 accepts deposits via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank Internet Banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBeBank, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

7.2 Deposit Requirements

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent as displayed at time of transaction)
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered exclusively in the Player's own name
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension
• teksi66 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful processing confirmation

7.3 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to the Platform's functional currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. teksi66 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of transfer initiation and blockchain confirmation. A 2% bonus is available on qualifying crypto deposits up to MYR 688, subject to separate promotional terms.

7.4 Declined and Failed Deposits

If a deposit transaction fails or is declined, please contact your bank, e-wallet provider, or teksi66 support before attempting a repeat transaction. Multiple failed attempts may result in temporary deposit restrictions on your account for security purposes.

8.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to payment methods registered in the Player's verified name
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed
• All active wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds

8.2 Processing Times

teksi66 targets the following processing timelines under normal operating conditions:

• DuitNow / FPX: Within 5 minutes of approval for verified accounts
• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Within 15–30 minutes of approval
• Cryptocurrency: Within 30–60 minutes of approval; subject to blockchain confirmation times
• Internet Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Within 1–3 business hours

Timelines may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional compliance checks are required. teksi66 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.

8.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per 24-hour period. VIP Players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits. Contact support for information regarding your current withdrawal limits.

9.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by teksi66 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only
• Each promotion is limited to one per person, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise
• teksi66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or modify its terms at any time prior to the bonus being claimed
• Bonuses claimed under false pretences — including through the creation of duplicate accounts — will be voided and associated funds forfeited

9.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. The standard rollover multiplier and other conditions are stated on each promotion's individual terms page. As a general reference:

• Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward meeting the rollover requirement
• Table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%
• Live casino games may have reduced contribution rates
• Sports bets may count at varying rates depending on minimum odds requirements

9.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or per spin is RM 50 unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion's terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes misuse of the promotion and may result in bonus cancellation.

9.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry window stated in their individual terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses and associated winnings not qualifying for withdrawal within the expiry window will be automatically removed from your Account.

9.5 Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses

teksi66 clearly designates whether each bonus is sticky (the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn; only net winnings derived from it are cashable upon rollover completion) or non-sticky (the bonus may be withdrawn alongside winnings once rollover conditions are met). The designation is stated on each individual promotion page.

10.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is deemed accepted only when teksi66's system has confirmed receipt and assigned a bet reference number. Players are responsible for ensuring bet details are correct prior to confirmation. teksi66 is not obligated to honour bets placed due to technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or manifest errors in odds or terms.

10.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, event, market type, and account tier. teksi66 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts or across markets at any time, including in response to irregular betting patterns or risk management requirements.

10.3 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without the minimum play time required under applicable sports rules
• An obvious or palpable pricing error was present at the time the bet was placed
• The bet was placed after the actual event outcome was known (late betting)
• A technical failure prevented the bet from being correctly recorded by teksi66's systems
• teksi66 determines that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms or as part of fraudulent activity

10.4 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting is offered on selected events. teksi66 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without prior notice. Bets placed after a decisive moment in an event but before the market was suspended may be voided at teksi66's discretion if the Platform determines the outcome was known at the time of placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on teksi66 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using teksi66 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, casino games, or any multi-player format
• Match-Fixing: Placing bets on events that you have directly or indirectly attempted to manipulate or have prior non-public knowledge of the outcome
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions through multiple accounts, structured wagering, arbitrage, or other methods designed to circumvent rollover requirements
• Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated scripts, scraping tools, or any software that interfaces with the Platform without express written authorisation
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or reversals after withdrawals have been processed
• Impersonation: Accessing another person's account or using another person's identity or payment methods
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate unfair winnings

12.1 Player Protection Tools

The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period
• Session Timers: Time reminders and automatic session cutoffs
• Cool-Off Periods: Short-term account pauses of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent account closure initiated by the Player

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from teksi66.

The game titles, artwork, and software available through the teksi66 Platform are provided under licence from third-party game studios and publishers. All associated intellectual property rights remain with the respective rights holders.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, teksi66 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from events outside teksi66's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, payment processor downtime, regulatory changes, or force majeure events
• Decisions you make based on information presented on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, teksi66's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permissible.

15.1 Suspension by teksi66

teksi66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Account holder found to be under 21 years of age
• Compliance with applicable legal or regulatory obligations
• Inactive account (no login for 12 consecutive months)

15.2 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting teksi66 Customer Support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available Balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

15.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login). teksi66 may apply a monthly administrative fee of up to RM 30 to dormant account balances until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.

teksi66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide no less than seven (7) days' prior notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Minor amendments — including corrections, clarifications, or changes required to comply with applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version of these Terms.

If you object to any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes. Continued use of teksi66 after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which teksi66 holds its international online gaming licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

17.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and teksi66, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team in the first instance. The majority of issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication. teksi66 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration institution. Class action arbitration is expressly waived.

17.3 Malaysian Users

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally complex position in Malaysia. teksi66 does not hold or claim any Malaysian government licence, endorsement, or regulatory approval.
